WHAT IS SGPT?
SGPT is our Small Group Personal Training program.
It combines the structure and results of 1 to 1 coaching with the energy of training in a small, focused group. Each session is led by an experienced coach and tailored to help you get stronger, feel fitter and make real progress - without being lost in a busy gym.
With a maximum of 5 people per group, you get personal training, proper programming and accountability whilst still benefiting from the motivation of others around you.
It's the perfect balance of coaching, community and results.
